Mitas is one of Europe’s leading motorcycle tyre brands with over 70 years experience working within the motorsport industry.
They have two manufacturing facilities in Europe, their own central laboratory, R&D know-how, and in-house compound development. All the Midas tyres pass rigorous testing procedures before they are launched to the market.
Their association with motorsport dates back to 1947 when we began to manufacture motorcycle tyres for speedway and the Mitas brand was born. Since then Mitas has developed a strong relationship with off-road racing, especially extreme enduro, motocross and speedway.
In recent years they have been investing heavily in the development of high-performance radial tyres. Innovative technologies, in-house know-how and advanced materials ensure the outstanding performance of our radial range.
