SHIPPING & RETURNS

Please read our Shipping and Returns policy carefully, if you have any questions please don't hesitate to give us a call for clarification.

Shipping prices are quoted at checkout: we ship Australia wide and use Australia Post, Couriers Please and Fastway Couriers for all our shipping needs. We use plain packaging, express satchels or cartons for all orders, and post items by regular mail, courier service or Express Next Day Delivery. We will endeavour to process your orders as quickly as possible, please allow 3-21 working days for delivery depending on destination. We cannot be held liable if Australia Post, Couriers Please or Fastway Couriers fails to deliver or your purchase is damaged during transit as this is entirely at the customer sole risk. 

You can however request that we send the item with insurance at an additional cost. These requests must be made by email as the additional charges applicable are not included on our website freight calculator. If an item is ordered, but is currently out of stock or will be delayed, we will inform you. Goods that are out of stock may take up to 29 days for delivery. Customer can request a refund if goods are not in stock at time of order and delivery time is greater than 29 days.

Ownership
Ownership and title of goods does not transfer to the purchaser until BUMOT AUSTRALIA has received the full payment and payment is cleared.

Returns

  • If you purchase goods from BUMOT AUSTRALIA we provide a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason contact us to arrange a refund of the purchase price. The goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery to be entitled to a full credit or refund of the product price (excluding any shipping fees originally charged).
  • Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order returned to our BUMOT Australia warehouse in Gellibrand Victoria.
  • All items being returned for refund must reach us in “AS NEW”, re-saleable condition which includes their immediate outer packaging and any tags, labels still attached.
  • We recommend that you return the product via Registered/trackable post and that you pre pay all postage. You are fully responsible for any theft, lost or any damage to the goods during transit and therefore we recommend you take out registration and insurance with your postal carrier. BUMOT AUSTRALIA will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by BUMOT AUSTRALIA (usually within two business days), your refund will be processed through PayPal or your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional 2 – 5 business days for your credit to be processed into your account.
  • This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn, used, or damaged after being dispatched from the BUMOT AUSTRALIA warehouse, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or  they have been dropped or broken or scratched.
  • Please note: No Exchanges or cancellations on SALE items or orders that have been a customer special order (SPECIAL ORDER) unless faulty or any items that have been a SPECIFIC CUSTOMER ORDER.

Damaged Item:

  • If your goods arrive with a manufacturing defect, or are inherently faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange an exchange (where possible) or refund.
  • All warranty matters should be emailed to: info@bumotaustralia.com.au

Damaged In Transit:

  • Please let us know ASAP if any goods arrive damaged.
  • Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures of any damage.
  • Damaged goods claims are handled through Australia Post, Couriers Please or Fastway or your nominated courier company.

Incorrect or incomplete items

  • If the item received is incorrect or different to that stated on your invoice, please contact us within 14 days where we will be happy to process an exchange (where possible) or refund.
  • If some of the component parts are incorrect or missing please contact us within 14 days.

Warranty Returns:

  • Warranty enquiries please email info@bumotaustralia.com.au
  • Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence.
  • All warranty items must be returned clean. Items not returned clean will not be accepted for warranty claims.
  • Warranty claims that are not accepted will be returned to the customer.
