We might be the new kid on the internet adventure website block, but we've been around the state, country and most of the world on the back of a motorbike. So you could say we have something to offer when it comes to adventure motorbike touring.
Adventure Bike Shop might be new to the online world, but we are not new the motorbike adventure riding world. Paul Koczak the Adventure Motorbike Shop founder has been riding motorbike for over 40 years. He’s owned over 45 different bikes during this time. With each bike Paul created a different bond, conquered a new hill together, crossing the Canning, Simpson or the top end of Australia can do that to you. For this reason Paul had always found it difficult to sell his motorbikes. He has a couple of KTM 640s that will never be sold.
For a very long time Paul had dreamt of owning an online business which specifically had something to do with motorbikes.
When the opportunity to purchase the import and distribution of Bumot Luggage and Accessories in Australia. Paul did his research, which included visiting the Bumot Factory in Bulgaria on a European motorbike trip in 2019. What he saw convinced him purchasing Bumot was the correct decision. While he had been using the Xtramada Soft Panniers for a number of years, it was great to see the handmade quality in person.
Since then Paul has continued to search for new products which well known in Europe but not sold in Australia. Dane Motorbike Clothing is a brand you might not know, but its products are at the top of the tree in quality, with Gore-Tex Pro, 3M Scotchlite and SAS-TEC protectors used in their comfortable and protective adventure jackets and pants.
