Bumot Australia is a small family business based in Gellibrand in South West Victoria in Australia. We are proud to be the Exclusive Authorised Importer and Distributor for Bumot Motorcycle Luggage.
As a long time user of Bumot Motorcycle Luggage, Paul Koczak came across the products while travelling in Europe on his KTM 1050. (Paul stores this bike in Europe and tries to visit and ride as often as he can). He had always been pleased with how sturdy and well put together the products where. In 2018, Paul let the importer at the time know, Daryl who was based in Bendigo (country Victoria), that if he was ever interested in selling the business then he would be in the market to buy. As fate would have it, the business became available.
In December 2019 the Bumot Australia import and distribution business was purchased by Paul Koczak. You could say he liked the product so much he purchased the company, well the distribution rights to Australia, at least.
Paul has been an avid motorbike rider for over 40 years, he has travelled the world on a motorbike and has experienced more on two wheels than most people could ever dream on. We figure if your going to buy motorbike products then perhaps the person selling them should share a passion for the same past-time.
Bumot Headquarters is based in Bulgary and is owned and run by Asen and Anna Angelov.

The hard panniers are manufactured from 2mm aluminium with a fully welded floor, feature stainless steel quick release systems and are available in 3 size options ranging from 45 to 35 litres (with 4 litre smaller versions, notched for exhausts) – and as you would expect are 100% waterproof. With 3 colour options available, raw aluminium, or powder coated black or frozen grey your Bumot panniers will not only give you years of durable service but will look the part too.
